These terms govern your use of Sharp Alpha Algo(the “Service”), operated by Sharp Alpha Algo Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Service or subscribing to any plan, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Subscription and access
- Access to paid indicators is granted via TradingView’s invite-only system after subscription.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first paid subscription. After that, refunds are at our discretion.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share, redistribute, resell, or sublicense any of our indicators, scripts, or content.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of any indicator.
- Use the Service to harass, harm, or defraud others.
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures.
4. Intellectual property
All Sharp Alpha Algo indicators, code, written content, branding, and visual design are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your own trading.

6. Changes to the Service
We may add, remove, or modify indicators and features at any time. We will not remove an indicator from a subscriber’s tier mid-cycle without offering a comparable replacement or a pro-rated refund.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharp Alpha Algo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Service.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sharp Alpha Algo, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, or damages arising from your use of the Service or your trading activity.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these terms. On termination, your licence to use any of our indicators terminates immediately.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country require otherwise.
